Stem Cell Qigong

Stem Cell Qigong offers a unique, body-centric method intended to trigger deep cellular regeneration through physical tapping and Qi activation. It’s a powerful component of Mantak Chia’s comprehensive healing system, designed to enhance immune function, promote longevity, and maintain energy balance.

How to regenerate the body’s innate healing potential.

Stem Cell Activation Qigong involves gentle tapping (or light hitting) on key body areas and organs to break down old, damaged cells. The body responds by activating and deploying stem cells to repair and rejuvenate the tissues.

The technique is practised to stimulate immune function and support the renewal of red and white blood cells, promoting anti-ageing and longevity benefits.

What You Will Learn

  • How to detox and activate the components of your immune system.

  • Light Tapping/Hitting sequences to stimulate stem cell activation.

  • Breathwork, to enhance circulation and support deeper internal cleansing.

  • Self-Healing, activation of stem cells—your body’s natural “repair kit”

Benefits

Reduction of aged and damaged cells.

Boosted immune response

Enhanced vitality

Improved blood flow and organ rejuvenation.

Buddha Palm

During this course, we will develop our magnetism and use it on ourselves through a qi gong sequence we call the Buddha Palm. This sequence can be practised either standing or sitting.

In this qigong, we learn to develop the magnetic power of our hands and use this power to open our extraordinary meridians.

Traditional Chinese medicine describes 12 ordinary meridians in the human body that connect organs to different parts of the body. It also describes 8 extraordinary meridians:

Du Mai, Ren Mai, Chong Mai, Da Mai , Yin & Yang Qiao Mai, Yin & Yang Wei Mai

All these extraordinary meridians are energy reservoirs that regulate the energy in all the ordinary meridians.

By opening the circulation in these meridians and filling them with qi, the ancient Taoists believed that it regulated the entire body and enabled one to take care of one's mental and physical health.

We will therefore learn this exercise to fill our extraordinary meridians with qi and improve internal circulation.

Taoist Self-Massage

(Chi Nei Tsang self-massage and Chi self-massage)

Simple techniques that can be used every day to free the energy circulation throughout the body, stomach, face, and joints.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, all diseases stem from a blockage in the flow of energy and/or blood.

The main areas where energy is blocked are:

The internal organs

The joints

When blocked in the internal organs, it causes digestive, respiratory, and emotional problems.

We will look at self-massage techniques to free the internal organs and joints yourself in order to:

Regulate peristalsis

Regain smoother breathing

Experience physical and emotional lightness

We will learn important self-massage techniques for our own well-being
