INNER ALCHEMY QIGONG LEVEL 1

Online training

3–4 January 2026

Beginner-friendly | Lifetime recording access | 10 UHT Passport credits

Traditional Chinese Medicine is grounded in centuries of knowledge developed by ancient Taoists in their pursuit of health, longevity, and spiritual enlightenment. The following Qigong practices are designed to promote physical balance and foster a deeper sense of spiritual connection.

A central principle of Taoist approaches to health and longevity is enhancing the circulation of bodily fluids and energy. Reducing internal stagnation and improving the body's natural capacity to circulate these fluids is considered essential.

For Taoist spiritual practice, understanding and utilising various methods to accumulate cosmic energy is vital. On the earthly plane, this relates to the Five Elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. In the celestial context, it draws upon the influence of planets such as Mercury, Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, and Venus.

Craniosacral Qigong

Participants will learn techniques to activate cranial and sacral pumps, supporting the regulation of cerebrospinal fluid and increasing blood and lymphatic flow.

Five Element Qigong

This practice focuses on nourishing organs and tissues associated with the Five Elements.

Stem Cell Qigong

Through self-tapping and breathing exercises, this method aims to stimulate stem cell production for regeneration and support immune function.
