Fusion of the Five Elements
It is a Taoist alchemy technique that involves combining internal energies, including positive and negative emotions, orgasmic energy, love and compassion to achieve a balanced internal state. This energy is then blended with natural and cosmic forces to create a radiant, concentrated form referred to as the 'Pearl of Consciousness'. The process is intended to cleanse the body's energy pathways and support spiritual transformation.
With the arrival of autumn, it is customary for all living beings to collect and conserve energy. This period is often used to prepare for rest and nourishment during the winter months. Practising Fusion of the Five Elements during these seasons is considered beneficial for maintaining inner balance and well-being, as well as progressing on the path of spiritual growth.
Fusion I
Provides instruction on directing the senses inward and conserving energy, which is then refined alongside emotional and other forms of inner and cosmic energy. The intended outcome is a concentrated energy known as the 'Pearl of Consciousness,' which aims to cleanse internal organs and enhance virtues.
Fusion II
Utilises this concentrated energy to open primary energy channels—specifically, the Thrusting Channel, which runs through the body's centre, connecting all the organs to the Earth and Heavenly planes, and the Belt Channel, which encircles the body, associated with strengthening the auric field and offering psychic protection.
Fusion III
Addresses the need for protection from external influences during the process of energy expansion and refinement. The meditation includes techniques for sealing the senses and aura, engaging with the concept of receiving protective frequencies from the Universal Force.
