The Institute of Biosonology is delighted to announce the first unique opportunity to experience the healing and evolutionary power of Taoist techniques for women by hosting Gillian Reid, senior teacher of Grand Master Mantak Chia's Universal Tao Healing System.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Jade egg practice: for releasing blockages, aligning, strengthening, and toning the pelvic floor and genitals.
Breast massage: for breast care and awakening sensuality, regulating hormone production, the menstrual cycle and menopause.
Ovarian breathing: to cleanse, reprogram, and revitalise the ovaries and uterus, and awaken vitality in the skin and eyes.
Inner Smile meditation: to cultivate self-love and compassion for a healthy relationship with self and others.
6 healing sounds: to nurture a healthy method for releasing negative emotions and cultivating positive virtues.
Microcosmic Orbit: to release stagnation and let the body's life force flow freely.
Tao yin/Tao yoga: to release the tight, blocked tissues holding negative emotions that inhibit us.
Iron shirt postures: to gain grounding - physical alignment, inner strength and emotional stability.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Each day will include the theory and practice of qigong, both sitting and standing, and moments of sharing.
For each topic covered, there will be a presentation with a slide show.
At the end of the course, students will be sent a pdf with the slides used.
The practice will be adapted to all, whatever their age, state of health or physical ability.
The presenter promises to exercise the utmost professionalism.
All practices can be performed with the utmost respect for privacy. Nudity is not foreseen.
The practices taught adhere to the Universal Healing Tao System of the world-famous Taoist Master, Mantak Chia.

Born in London-UK I moved to Italy in 1985 where I currently reside during the spring and summer months. I encountered the art of Tai Chi Chuan in Venice in 1992 and became a student of Master Franco Mescola, head of the Tai Chi Research Centre. As a disciple, I followed the Master's teachings, contributing to the birth and development of the Tai Chi Research Centre and the Biospirali Method School where I became a senior instructor.
Since 1992, I have dedicated my heart and soul to the practices of Qigong, and Taijiquan, in both its healing and martial arts, under the teachings of various international masters, including Grand Master Mantak Chia whose work was introduced to me by Master Franco Mescola. In 2010, I further embraced the direct knowledge and inspiration of Grandmaster Mantak Chia. Subsequently, I trained in Thailand as an instructor and Holistic Operator of the Universal Healing Tao System.
Today I am recognised by Master Mantak Chia in the practices of the Tao of Healing to teach and train instructors, and as the Italian Coordinator, and Organiser of Mantak Chia in ltaly. From November to March, I move to the Universal Healing Tao training centre in Thailand, where I work alongside Master Chia in training.
In 2016 I founded the Biospiral Method Training School in the UK. In 2017 I created Tao Chi Junior, a programme for primary school children and instructor training. In 2020 I founded the association Nuova Tao ltaly, dedicated to promoting and supporting the Universal Healing Tao system in Italy.
With the possibility to teach both in English and Italian, I conduct workshops and events all over Europe offering courses, coaching and treatments in the Tao practices of Universal Healing, the Biospiral Qigong Method and Tao Chi Junior with courses for children and educators.
