The Universal Healing Tao System (UHT) was founded by Master Mantak Chia in the 80’s.
This system is deeply rooted in traditional Taoist practices from the East and complimented with modern science from the West. Master Chia's teaching method develops physical, mental, and spiritual (energetic) bodies integrated within human beings.
With a system devised on 9 levels of energy cultivation, Inner Alchemy 1 practice which includes the Innes Smile, 6 Healing Sounds and Microcosmic Orbit meditations are the foundations of every level.
You will learn
The Way of the Tao
Understand the Taoist creation story and TCM 5 element theory on a physical and spiritual realm.
Understand your individual energetic blueprint and how to take your destiny in your hands.
Inner Smile
Reprogram every cell in your body to synchronise to the optimum heart vibration of acceptance and self-love to grow with virtuous emotions and release the power of inner healing.
6 Healing Sounds
Comprehend the language of the 5 major organs and cultivate a method to detox negative emotions and toxins.
Microcosmic Orbit
Cultivate the energetic path along the back and the front of the body by building and circulating Qi to unblock the energy pumps and connect to the universe.
What to expect
No requisites are necessary.
Each practice will be presented with slides.
The event will not be recorded.
At the end of the workshop, all participants will receive a video clip of the clue exercises for self-study.
The hours can be logged on the Universal Healing Tao Passport.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes without heels.
Bring a bottle of water.
Workshop open to all levels of practice by prior booking directly with the organiser.
